So with 12 attempts left we wipe at 23% because, at the time, we didn't know how the whole Harvest Soul mechanic worked for healers. That's cool, we'll just run back and win on our next attempt. Oh wait, lets instead have Mal'ganis crash and burn for two and a half hours with two and a half hours remaining during our raid night. Outstanding. Luckily, enough people were able to stay a little late and we weren't fucked out of unlocking hard-mode access for the coming raid timer. Of course, we wouldn't even have to raid tonight had the content been paced a little more intelligently.

I like almost all of the encounters in this zone so far. This is good, high-quality content. However, it is being marred by poor implementation. Gating/content pacing mechanics + Achievements + Looming hard modes + Attempt limits = Headache. Please, do not combine all of this shit in the future. Additionally, how about not releasing the Lich King encounter during the week of Superbowl Sunday? Nobody would have given a shit if you had decided to release only Valithria and Sindragosa this week and delayed the release of the Lich King until next week.
